2014 Opening Doors - Reverse Trade Show

2014 Opening Doors – Reverse Trade Show

Procurement Representatives, Sponsors and Business Resource Partners

June 5, 2014

The Chamber’s Opening Doors – Reverse Trade Show provides small business the opportunity to meet directly with procurement representatives from medium to large companies/institutions along with federal, state and local government to build a relationship that otherwise might take years to develop.  Understand their procurement needs, such as materials, equipment, and professional services and what it takes to do business with them.

Here is what participants had to say:

"This particular trade show is good for us. We've met a lot of vendors that we can do business with."

                                                                                          Matt Benbenick, City of Reading

"I think this reverse trade show is a good event to be able to come in here and meet all these companies and the people that handle purchasing and vendor management is amazing. Especially for the price of fifty dollars, I think it’s a steal. It’s a great event wide diverse group of companies in here. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing. I think it’s a great idea. I would like to see more of them."

                                                                                                        Jeff Anderton, Everstaff

"This is our second year participating in the Reverse Trade Show and we are happy to be here today. This event is a good way to meet the business in this region. Overall the Chamber had done an excellent job bringing the right businesses together so we can network and collaborate together."
